Absolutely! Most of our adult students started with no prior experience. Our instructors make sure every class is welcoming and adaptable—so whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to take your training to the next level, you’ll feel right at home.

Wear comfortable workout clothes (like a t-shirt and shorts or sweats) and bring a water bottle. If you decide to join, we’ll provide your uniform. For your first class, you can expect a warm-up, basic martial arts techniques, partner drills, and plenty of encouragement from our instructors. Most importantly, you’ll feel welcome, supported, and part of the team from day one.
